Doing Our Share To Stop World Hunger
Stratgurus takes pride in its role as a catalyst for positive change, not just through our business activities but also by engaging the communities we live and work in. One major initiative that Stratgurus fully advocates is ending food wastage which can directly alleviate world hunger.
According to the United Nations’ Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO), approximately 1/3 of the food produced are wasted which amounts to 1.3 billion tons worth of food. And yet, there are 805 million hungry people globally, 2 billion people suffering from micronutrient deficiencies and 26% of the world’s children are stunted due to malnutrition. Clearly there is an imbalance that needs to be addressed.

We’d like to encourage discussions and generate realistic and practical solutions from a personal level all the way to the corporate ranks, and we are looking for individuals, groups and organisations to join our cause.
